About Ubuntu Ohio
Ubuntu Ohio is a group of computer users dedicated to bringing Ubuntu to the Great State of Ohio. We are what is considered a LoCo, or a LOcal COmmunity of Ubuntu users. We often get together to discuss and support each other with Ubuntu, as well as new users to Ubuntu. For more information about Ubuntu's LoCo's, please visit the LoCo F.A.Q. Information about upcoming and past events can be found at our events page. Meetings for Ubuntu Ohio are usually on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. The Ohio Team has three main sub-teams that each have a specific role in the team.
Ubuntu Ohio uses several mediums: this web site for displaying information and updates, Launchpad for registration, a mailing list and forums to discuss projects and ideas, a Wiki for organizing ideas and creating content, and IRC for holding meetings.
